HAT's Executive Director, Beth Kofsky, is the driving force behind HAT. Bringing more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare, housing, and assistive technology industry, Beth is committed to delivering successful solutions to every client.

About Robert Klein, AR, CGF, LHI
Robert has over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Home Inspector (LHI), Licensed General Contractor, and a Licensed Architect. His specializes in both commercial and residential home inspections. His background encompasses structural, electrical, air conditioning and heating systems, roof, pools, along with mold and lead report reviews and identification. Robert ensures the safety of your home and business.

HAT Team Members
Our team includes licensed Architects, licensed Home Inspectors, licensed General, and Building Contractors as part of our vital team members with residential, governmental, and commercial design and construction solutions for all persons and persons with disabilities.

Our team members work experience includes; onsite residential and commercial inspections, cost estimating, bid specifications, inspection, and photos of all specified work, report write-ups, architectural drawings, and other building and construction services.
